The anonymous protocols should preferably be submitted in one file as a text format with a unique and clear delimiter between the different protocols. This delimiter should not appear in the text of the protocol. The specimen number should be mentioned in the protocol. Only TXT files will be accepted. Please consult the BCR if you have additional questions on the protocol-file format. For an automatic upload of the TXT file, an additional CSV file containing as header the CSV column name (i.e. cancer_protocol) and as content the name of the TXT file (e.g. protocol.txt) is needed. Both the CSV-file and the TXT-file must be dropped in the same pre-fill folder.
